A- We are a Redken salon and use all Redken hair products and hair color.


Q- What hair color do you use?
A- We used Redken Chromatics permanent hair color as well as Redken Shades EQ Gloss. Our lighteners are all Redken as well.

Q- Will my resistant gray be covered?
A- Yes! Redken Chromatics permanent hair color offers full gray coverage with a 4-D prism effect giving you lots of shine and dimension.

Q- Can I call to find out how much my color service will be?
A- We can give you an estimate over the phone, but without seeing your hair, it’s hard to give an exact price.

Q- I’m not certain on what I want, can I come in for a consult to see what you think?
A- Of course! We would be happy to accommodate you at any time prior to your service to ensure the appropriate times are available for your service.

Q- What if I don’t want permanent color?
A- We offer Redken Shades EQ Gloss for those that don’t want to deal with maintenance. It fades with each shampoo so you don’t have a grow out line. It also offers high shine and is conditioning to your hair.

Hair Extensions:

Q-How much are they?
A- The hair itself can range from each client depending on length and look desired. The actual appointment is $150 per hour.

Q- How long does it take?
A- Your initial appointment of putting the hair extensions in is about an hour. Moving them up takes between 2 and 3 hours.

Q-How often do I need to come in to move my extensions up?
A- Every 6 weeks. Waiting longer can cause your hair to twist and knot up.

Q- How long will my hair last?
A- Your hair can last for up to 3 move up appointments (typically this is about 6 months) provided you take proper care of them.

Q-Do I need to do anything special with having extensions?
A- Yes. Before you leave, you will be given a special brush and proper after care instructions on how to keep your extensions looking amazing.

Q- Can the extensions be colored to match my hair?
A- Yes they can! The hair extensions we use are made of all natural human hair. You can color, straighten, and curl your extensions.

Q- Why do I need a consult before I can get my extensions?
A- Some clients have hair that’s too short to benefit from extensions. Having you come in for a consult helps us to see what you want as a desired end result. What color you are going for, as well as the desired length.

Eyelash Extensions:

Q- How much are they?
A- Your initial appointment is $150, then whenever you come in for your fills, would depend on your fill price.

Q- How long does it take?
A- It takes 2 hours for your initial appointment. Fills can vary from 1-2 hours depending on how long it’s been since you’ve been in.

Q- How often do I need a fill?
A- To keep your lashes looking their absolute best, we recommend every 2 weeks.

Q-Do I have to do anything after getting eyelashes?
A- Yes, you want to make sure you avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours. After that you want to make sure you are gentle with them. You will be given after care instructions as well as a mascara wand.

Q- Can I still get lashes if I wear contacts?
A- Yes, but you will need to take them out before having them applied, then you can put them back in.
Q- Can I still get lash extensions with sensitive eyes?
A- Our adhesives are medical grade, and are great for sensitive eyes. We can always do a test strip of a lash to see how you do as well.

Q-What color are the lash extensions?
A- Black

Q- Do they come in different sizes?
A- Yes, Jodi, our lash technician can go over sizes, and styles of what best will suit your eyes at your appointment.

Q- Can I have extensions put on my bottom lashes?
A- No

Q- Can I swim with them?
A- Yes

Q- Are they good for a wedding?
A- Absolutely! For one you don’t have to worry about mascara running down your face, and you will still have gorgeous lashes for the honeymoon.

Q- Can I only have them done once?
A- Yes. As your natural lashes shed, so will the lash extensions, or you can come in and have Jodi remove any remaining ones for you.

Q- Do I need to wear mascara?
A- No, there is no need to wear it. One less step you need to fool with in your morning and evening routine.

Eyelash Lifting and Tinting:

Q- How long does it take?
A- The appointment roughly takes about 1 1/2 hours to 1hour and 45 mins.

Q- Do I have to get both the lifting and tinting?
A- No, but it gives the best, results.

Q- How long does it last?
A- Up to 3 months.

Q- Is there maintenance?
A- Not at all, once your lashes naturally shed, and come back in you can choose if you want have it done again.

Q- Is there anything special I have to do?
A- Avoid getting them wet for the first 24 hours so the solution has had enough time to set.

Q- What color is the tint?
A- Black

Q- Do I still need to wear mascara?
A- No need, unless you want an even more dramatic look, then you can use it.

Q- Is it safe for your eyes?
A- Yes, both the lifting solution and the color are specifically made for eyelashes.

Q- Can my bottom lashes be colored?
A- No


Q- How much does it cost?
A- Your first appointment is $395, which also covers the 4 week touch up. If additional touch ups are desired, a price can be discussed after a consult

Q- How long does it last?
A- Depending on your skin type (dry vs oil) you can get up to 2 years

Q- Is it painful?
A- Numbing cream is applied before the service starts, and you a provided with numbing liquid during the service. Some minor irritation may be possible, but not painful.

Q- Is there anything special I have to do?
A- For the first 2 weeks you want to avoid getting them wet. You are given detailed after care instructions as well as after care ointment.

Q- How do I know what color my brows will be?
A- Our microblading technician, Heather has several colors that can be customized to meet your needs.

Q- Is this something I should get done?
A- Everyone can benefit from getting their eyebrows microbladed. Whether you need a whole new shape or want a different, more pronounced arch, or longer tail.

Q- How long does it take?
A- Your first appointment can take up to 2 and a half hours, where your touch up should take roughly 2 hours.

Q- Will I know what the shape will look like before my brows are already done?
A- Yes, Heather will map out your brows beforehand, giving you the final ok to make sure you are happy with them.

Q- I have sensitive skin, can I still have this done?
A- Yes, but we would recommend a patch test done first to see how you react.
